Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

Two years ago we had used Baths By Design to renovate our ensuite. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about their products. She was able to give reasons why we should choose certain products based on amount of use and ease to maintain. We have just recently completed a main washroom and powder room renovation and would not have gone any where else to order out fixtures and receive usable knowledge about the products..

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Amazing customer service! Hail damage in August and the communication and from reception to deal with Jason was nothing but positive. He also took my husband through the process they out of his way to take into the shop to show him what exactly was being done . Best auto body we have ever dealt with!

They were incredibly efficient in expediting in getting a new Bertazzoni steam oven installation. The oven’s pump quit shortly after purchase. We had bought from a different vender, but had problems getting repairs. Once Genier’s took over, it was handled so professionally. They had called several times to check on our progress. Wish we had bought from them in the first place.

I've used this company for help with brand development, contracted them for two building signs for my companies / shops, interior signage, sandwich boards, and one vehicle wrap in the past 4 years. I will be using them in the future for all my signage needs. No other company has been able to come close to the quality of work they've provided my company, or the price point. This is a family operated business, and has a very family feel to the way they do things.
