I had been struggling with my inadmissibility to the USA. My wife is American and I had been deported on top of my criminal record. I could not visit any of my American family, or land in the USA on my way to world travel. Three other lawyers had told me that I could not get a waiver but Jerry and his team took mine on after I was referred to them by a friend. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

We visited here a few times to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Their pizza is to die for. We enjoyed good food and a delicious wine. Must try!

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

The office has been fully upgraded to the latest technology, digital x-rays, comfortable treatment rooms. The same great reliable service stays the same. Dr. Patrick Wu is excellent treating children, shows lots of patience, and explains things very clearly. We have been long time patients and have lots of trust in them.
