I've been taking my cars to Rick's since I started driving 6 years ago and have had nothing but exceptional service there. Him and his staff are great mechanics and people and I have never had any problems. I would never bring my car anywhere else or trust any other shop to do any work on my car. I would highly recommend Rick's to anyone! Nothing but great service!

I had them come and fix my windshield on my Escalade all in all he is a great guy great service very friendly very polite I will definitely recommend any time if you need your windshield repaired and you cant get out he is the person to call I will definitely be calling him again if I need any other service done

Dave got us on our way after a wheel bearing went south on our way to the states. We were really stuck,having to leave early next morning,despite being slammed with work, Dave took a car off the hoist and repaired mine within 2 hours! Can’t thank him enough for the friendly,fast service and fair price! Highly recommend you check out Harrigans for your next repair.

I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . A great experience and Iwill come back next time I am in Niagara Falls.
