Attention to detail like none other, the best service you’ll ever get on your power equipment whether it’s fuel or electric powered. He was on time or a day or two early, every time. Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?

I only thought Don repaired lawnmowers, was I ever wrong, he repairs everything that has a motor that you use in and around your yard!

Came here on a road trip when one of my tires had a slow leak. The guy helped us out immediately even though he was on a lunch. Super nice guy and helped me with exactly what I needed. If I lived in the area this would be the place I would go to take my car.

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. I was looking to install a specific part on my car and none of the Ladner automotive shops would help me, as I purchased the part myself. I called Aaron's Automotive earlier in the week and spoke to Richard. He said he would try and get me in later in the week, which he did. I found them to be very professional and they were easy to find.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!
