I was on the search for new Bola Balls for my ladder ball game. Amazon wanted a ridicules price in American money and would take weeks even with priority shipment. Found this company online and where right her in Calgary. Had the new Bola balls in my hand within a day and 1/2, exceptional service from this company. Very fast & friendly and affordable. Quite possibly my best escape room experience. Highly immersive, amazing decoration, and the puzzles were both challenging and sensible. CABIN FEVER outright terrified us several times.

Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. If you want quality Dilawri is the place to go.

The entire team is FANTASTIC! We hired Simply Elegant for our Winter Celebration party at Skyview (amazing venue). Jade, Peter and Sharon took our vision of a New Orleans theme and nailed it - from the décor, drinks, food, performers...we all felt like we were transported there.
