After being totally unappreciated at CWB in the same complex, I went here to set up an account. I was dealing with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Annie) within 5 minutes. Three months at Pacifica turned my life around. The Councelling is top notch & the support workers are there for you 24/7. The instruction classes were eye opening and very beneficial (at 47 I finally learned why I feel the way I do & how to change what isn't working). NVC is s powerful tool to have. I would have like more everyday practice with it. THE SALAD BAR!!! I lost 30 lbs by covering 1/2 my plate with veggies. Trout lake walks were an awesome bonus. Housekeeping was excellent!

My whole family has been first with Dr. Barrigar and then with Dr. Vanderfluit for many years. The service has been fantastic. Our daughter had developed auto-immune about 13 years ago and not only was this correctly diagnosed by Dr. Barrigar but she was also swiftly referred to the leading doctor at the Vancouver Hospital. Since Dr. Vanderfluit took over, we feel like we are in very competent hands and very well looked after. I can highly recommend this practice.
