I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

I have been going to Dolphin for years. The reason for this is Brad and Chad are the most honest guys in the business, they tell you only what you need, they don't UPSELL! We all know that some shops or dealers take advantage of people's ignorance, but not Brad and Chad. I recommend Dolphin to everyone looking for repairs, I LOVE THESE GUYS!

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

anytime i've been in, they always let me know up front what's needed or what i can get by with on the budget i set for repairs. they may seem a bit pricier than the ones in/near the area, but they're worth every $$ as an investment in your car's safety.
