Ok would like to mention a young girl Jenna who served me at customer service at the Kelsey Drive location. She was amazingly kind, efficient and clear. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!
