Universal Auto Body's service is second to none. The prices were well below what other body shops charge, in fact, a few hundred dollars less. Yes, the wait time is a few weeks but when you see the excellent job they've done on your vehicle you'll agree it was worth waiting for. The owners are courteous and helpful despite their busy schedule. I have recommended Universal to all my friends should they require body work and I guaranteed them they wouldn't be disappointed. I really appreciate Jean who handled the issue my mom had with her acreage home. I called to get some clarity on behalf of my elderly mother. Jean took the time to look into the matter after we talked on the phone. She called me back an hour later and had the matter sorted and had already set a solution in motion. I was very grateful for her excellent customer care. The came up with timely resolution to our problem.
