In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I was impressed with the attention to detail Darren and his team gave to my vehicle. The repair not only exceeded my expectations, but was completed in a timely fashion. I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.

5/5 across the board! Not surprised to see Matt getting so many positive shoutouts in the reviews. The guy was extremely informative and by no means pushed the sale at all what so ever. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Would strongly recommend these guys if the staff are all half as good as Matt was to us!

Best customer service. Most honest mechanic/ car dealership I have EVER used. Paul provides top notch service and genuinely cares for his customers. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I refer all my friends to them as well. We have purchase our last 4 cars from them and have absolutely nothing but good things to say.

Excellent service at the pharmacy with superior communications with your prescriptions.
All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way.
If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude.
I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

Wow, another great purchase transaction! I want to extend my thanks to Rose (Financial manager), and Tushar (Salesman). With no suprise, they provided me a quick, professional, and welcoming experience when I traded my red Stinger GT for the Go Mango Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I can go on and on about Rose, as she makes the world of difference in this dealership however, Tushar was a true gentleman to my wife and I. These two have and will go out of their way for you!
