Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. Timely updates and ease of communication ?? loved it. I would definitely recommend checking with Craftsman Collision before heading out to other body shops.

I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I trust Ryan completely. The last job he did would have cost me $4300.00 just for the part, He fixed the part and the problem for about $450 labour included. I highly recommend R.G. The staff has always be knowledgeable and friendly. If you have an account the prices are good if not they can be a little pricey so ask for the shop rate and they usually honor it.

They were absolutely amazing in customer service, time to complete our repairs and going above and beyond. The car was cleaned and the work was thorough. From start to finish I would recommend this shop for all your body work, and I have been to a few but never like this.

Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.
