All the charge was been told ahead and quoto very clearly no hidden fee. they wrap my furniture carefully.The guys are politely and flexible. We just moved from Calgary to Montreal with Kingsway Van Lines in March of 2023. Great service and it was very easy to deal with Kingsway. Started out by filling out an inventory form and received a price. We did have stairs at the pick up address, so the rep was very upfront with all the charges. They offered us a mattress cover at no charge. We had the pick up scheduled for Jan 21. Received a call around 2nd week of February to say that the shipment was at their warehouse.
