I moved from the suburbs into the city and what could have been a very stressful day was taken care of. We had a few glitches come up as to be expected during a large move and they were able to adapt promptly and to my satisfaction. After choosing Bradford Movers for my first experience with professional movers, I absolutely would recommend to family or friends. From when I called for information during comparison shopping and through to the follow up after, I was very impressed!

Dropped into this store to pack a return package to Amazon. No problem, one of the staff took it right out of my hands, packed it beautifully so that I could take it right away to be mailed. No charge. Thank you Box Store. Customer service does not get any better.

Had to take a minute to thank El Cheapo because their movers went above and beyond. We had rain to deal with, a narrow staircase at the first location and a tiny elevator at our new apartment but they were efficient and professional- I felt like we didn't lose any time at all, and it kept our costs down. Professional efficient moving company. I used preferred moving for two times already. I am very pleased with thier service. All the charge was been told ahead and quoto very clearly no hidden fee. they wrap my furniture carefully.The guys are politely and flexible. We were SCAMED by another company, "Marsek lines". We then were struggling to find another moving company. My dad was stressed and he cried. We called he came and we loaded all of our stuff. Although we have t received our stuff (takes 2 months, will arrive in August) I could truly trust them. Thank you so much, I wish everyone the best. Also their prices were super cheap.

I originally passed on J & J having read of one person's bad experience, however when the company with whom I had alternatively arranged to move a small load of furnishings from Toronto to Vancouver advised me - on they day they were scheduled to arrive - they had a two week delay due to a truck stuck in Montreal and a pick up as planned would involved storage at an extra fee I was desperate and under severe time constraints.
I contacted J & J and can say that from the initial point of contact with Cindy to final delivery everything was superior in customer service, pricing and timing. Within 24 hours of my call they arrived with a truck to pick up the goods enabling me to meet the move out date. When the movers arrived, Alfred was courteous and professional - easily moving a large sofa from 2nd floor with no damage to the premises alleviating my concerns as the original furniture movers damaged the wall when I first got the sofa. My antique pieces were shrink and blanket wrapped and the transportation to Vancouver was done in less than a week! Their price was the best I was quoted and every call I made was returned by Cindy in a professional and timely manner. I regret not contracting them in the first place and would highly recommend their company. For any future moves of furnishings do yourself a favour and check them out.
