We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very
much to fix it, the repairman went out of his way to make sure
that our fridge was working again without a big repair bill ! I will
definitely call them again if we have any future problems with out

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. Really good deals on gas ranges! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. 4 stars for the delay in delivery which was understandable! Customer service was still excellent!

They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.
