The owner/manager also offered me fresh coffee as my coffee got warm while understanding the payment concern. They also made my order for banana chocolate chip brownie complimentary. The coffee was perfect as I wanted. And kudos to Tabassum (the staff) who just made my experience even better. Go and visit.

Novak Aluminum is a very friendly and professional company. They did an excellent job replacing our houses sidings, soffit and eavestrough. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.
