Since it opened I switched from my well-loved Pharmacy in wpg., for the convenience. I have never regretted it. I love Birds Hill Pharmacy. The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. I have a young Shepard cross and he hates his nails cut! I took him and my older female Shepard cross to get their nails cut and we were in and out in 10 min! It was amazing how the staff could so easily manage my hyper active dog and contain him long enough to cut his nails. Also extremely affordable, I'm so impressed!

I always shop in the whole sale club in Kenora , Ontario and the items that are always short we found at this place. It has a whole lot more in stock than the one in Kenora. This is good.
