Copper Creek Rexall is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Michelle, the pharmacist there is extremely knowledgeable and thanks to her I discovered I had high blood pressure. She is always attentive and caring - and has done a total review of all the medications and supplements I use. This is the first time I have ever experienced such attention from a pharmacist. She also knows her customers and calls them by name whenever she sees us. I highly recommend Cooper Creek Rexall in Markham, ON.

Placed an order through Uber Eats. Received the completely wrong order and Tracey (the general manager at the Courtice Location) personally drove the correct meal to our place ! Amazing customer service. If everyone did their job the way Tracey did the world would be a better place ! Thank you.

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

We were looking for a sectional sofa love seat combination that would fit in our unusually narrow townhouse living room. Angela N very patiently went over the options and found us the best deal. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
