Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. The results were okay, but I knew I could get better results at a dental clinic. After, putting it off for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly. I went to 5 different stores to find my 5 year old daughter a hockey helmet that would fit, at every store I went to the staff was not trained to know the products I was looking for a youth helmet, and at every store I went to I was told the extra pads that where attached to the helmet were replacements, but at Pro Hockey life the sale associate explained they where used to make the helmet tighter which made sense, so he put the pads in the helmet and fitted it to my daughters head. I was so happy that I had finally found someone who knew what they where doing. They will definitely be getting my business from now on.

We were very pleased with the work that Dan and his crew did. The pruning they did on our maple tree makes our back yard look so much better and they removed another old tree that was dying over the house. It's like the tree was never there! Very professional and they cleaned up very well, too.
