Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
Rachel answered all my questions and her team took their time making sure that I was well taken care of. Bravo!

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.
