I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell.
