I just wanted to let you know that I was at the Whiteoaks kiosk and and was helped by Doug the assistant manager and Mohahmed. Those 2 were great. They made a crappy situation into a great experience. My sons phone was broken and still had a pretty big tab left. They worked some magic and got koodo to wipe out one of my other tabs and got me all set up. I liked how they helped so I upgraded my own phone at the same time. The service was awesome and they made me laugh.They won my buisness forever

I brought my daughters phone there to get fixed, they couldn’t completely fix it but they got it working so she could at least make and receive calls. When I went to pay them they wouldn’t take any money because they didn’t fix it the way I wanted it to be fixed. I will definitely go there again if I need any fixes for my family’s phones!!
