As usual dealing with anything with our cell phones was an annoying and frustrating experience. however, we went into the store and dealt with Akhila and she was amazing! She spent a crazy amount of time with us, made sure we were completely satisfied and also took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything that we could have asked for. While dealing with Rogers is not always pleasant dealing with her at the store was fantastic.
