I had a great experience purchasing a car from Toronto Quality Motors on Lawrence Ave. Their vehicle inventory is very well priced and the staff there are very helpful in helping clients find the right vehicle. Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

All things considered (covid) the purchase of our new Ford Ranger was a positive experience. Sales personnel and other staff are courteous and helpful with a no pressure attitude.

I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. I really enjoyed my experience with Cindy and would definitely recommend purchasing with her.

Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end. Paul had it taken in, washed off, compounded, buffed and touch ups done to make it look like new, all at no cost. I'll be going back to see them for service in the future.
