I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long. I have have had a few different cars in my life and more than wanted due to a couple of nasty accidents. More than anything I hate pushy salesmen or having someone in my face pressuring me into something I am unsure of. My experience at Langley Hyundai was probably the best I ever had, they answered all my questions accurately and were very patient with me. I left the building feeling really good about my purchase, not wondering if I made the right decision. Everyone was very welcoming and I will definitely recommend Gus Gill and his amazing staff to all my friends. I am soooo loving my Santa Fe.
