A great restaurant with a really cosy, warm atmosphere. Were there during our honeymoon and the staff was really pleasant. The food was very good, if a bit pricey. Tried one of the BC wines and was surprised by how good it was. Service could have been more attentive but was sincere and friendly when we got it. Would recommend you try it if only for the atmosphere and the food

Hate the wait but love the food. If you come at 10pm on a Saturday still a 10 minutes wait. I have been here a couple of times before and always excellent. The meatballs in tomato sauce just amazing. We had the zucchini and rabbit pasta dishes and both so good. Cooked just al dente, good amount of flavour and just enough coating of sauce. Very good selection of by glass or bottle wines.

We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. And to finish went with a delicious choco molten cake just perfect to share.

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

This office has the best and professional staff. They are all friendly and delivers the best result. Always available on Emergency. The front staff is great in helping you with dealing with your insurance which I am ignorant. They give you all their options. Highly recommended!!!

Their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.
