I entered your facility 12 years ago today. My name is Fred Burke from Penticton. When I arrived I didn’t have much time left and I only went to say I tried to get help but it won’t work!? Went off word of mouth to see Ciana and got the best haircut ever! Took the kids and she was wonderful at giving them what they (and Mom) wanted and suited them. The staff seems to have a real knowledge for modern styles, colors,ect , but more importantly they voice any concerns they have if what u want is unflattering to the customer, even if it means they don't make "a sale." Was also able to get my brows done while having my hair cut - no appointment needed. I felt spoiled and sucked up the compliments after leaving!
