March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

This Best Buy has the best staff in the city. They are friendly and courteous and not at all pushy. They give great advice and they really know their stuff. Thanks to Chris that helped me out.
