If you like a good donair you should try the Donair Hut! The food is fresh, and the meat all slowly cooked to perfection. Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Falafels. He also makes excellent noodle and rice bowls. All the ingredients are fresh, and made daily. He makes the best hummus and tatziki! I also really enjoy the contemporary spin on the basic donair as he puts together some yummy combinations. I've never had a bad meal, and the owner is a really kind and friendly man! I bet you'll have a new favourite too!

I have been a frequent customer at your store since it opened.
Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

I have a suggestion to the owner.Please assign certain waiters to certain tables. The waiters were roaming around every table without actually taking care of customers. My self and the others in the party liked the food very much and the value is excellent.

Maria's is a Kitsilano institution. The atmosphere is everything you would expect a Greek restaurant to offer complete with pictures of Greek scenery adorning the walls. The food is really good and even my wife who is not the biggest fan of Greek food loves the food at Maria's. I usually have what I had on our most recent visit...one of the souvlaki dinners. Our most recent trip I had chicken souvlaki and the chicken was perfectly tender and the potatoes and rice were great too. Next time you have a hankering for Greek food visit Maria's Taverna on 4th!

This place is great for a late night snack, dinner or lunch. They have a wide selection of food from quiche to fruit salad and cookies or beer. Casual atmosphere, usually filled with students on their laptops.

We chose this location as it served both brunch and lunch options on Sundays and it takes reservation through OpenTable. We tried the breakfast manouche, lamb sausage with poached eggs and lamb kafta. Both were very good and flavorful. Their daily juice special was made with fresh ginger and it gave it a nice kick. The service was good and the lower level of the restaurant was full. Lots of pay street parking else park a few blocks away where there are no meters in the residential surroundings.

My friend and I enjoyed the chicken schwarma wrap. Actually one of the better ones I have had. There are a few tables inside with a TV screen. Service was good too. Would definitely return if in the area.
