We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work.
Today, after moving in to our new place we panicked because there was some water on the floor. We contacted Paul (without a previous appointment) who came to our rescue very late in the night. This guy deserves a prize.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. A local furniture restorer suggested Acacia to replace the caning on a stool. I emailed Steve, with a photo of the stool, and he telephoned me back with an estimate.
We were travelling to Vancouver on an afternoon ferry, and needed to drop the stool off in the evening. Steve accommodated this, which I really appreciated as we were flying early the next morning.
On our return 12 days later Steve had the stool all done, excellent job with the caning nice and tight. He also had rounded off the edge of the wood under the caning, which was too sharp and probably the reason the old caning failed in the first place.
I would certainly recommend Steve and Acacia.

I bought my new vehicle from Azro Motors and have never had such a great, honest and helpful car buying experience. Each member of staff, including the mechanics were all so great! The Dollarton location always has great service. There are lots of different offerings to combine. My favourite are the fried cauliflower bites with tangy lemon sauce. Try the chicken livers as an entee. Very affordable & licensed.

Did an awesome job of servicing my 20 year old Pfaff serger and solved the tension issues with my new Ambition Pfaff. Both machines are now purring like happy kittens! I will be sure to have Colton do the servicing again! Very reasonable pricing and quick service. I highly recommend Colton Service!

I cannot praise enough about the service we got from this store...especially Phil! Very approachable. We had to change the color of our paint numerous times to match to the original, and he was always willing to help us with a smile and patience. He made our visits to the store very pleasant! Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!
