Woke up Sunday morning with my pump running and alarm going off and water in my basement. Called and was told that Chad was at another call and would be at my place asap. My father, who was travelling to PEI passed away unexpectedly in Winnipeg. Shane and the team were amazing to deal with, and helped us get back home to BC sooner than I expected. Having the online forms were very helpful, and easy to fill out. All of my questions were answered once we were home. During this difficult time, I am glad we were able to have their help. Dad was shipped home priority post, and the travel urn is very nice. Thank you again Shane.

Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.
