I love going to Pilates and Zumba. It is so much fun and a great workout. The studio is very clean and the people there make you feel very welcome. They have food and drinks there so if your in a rush you get a snack or a protein shake. I haven't used the sauna or the vibration machines as of yet but i will. I highly recommended this studio you will feel very comfortable.

Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. I can not express enough the amount of gratitude for this clinic and their dedication in helping me with my tinnitus trouble!
