I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I wish the Marks in my town was like that. I will drop in again on my way back home. Mekka S

Martin did a great job with helping me get my prints made for our oversized shed. Also quickly made the revisions to the prints when needed when RDCK was asking for more information. He was a great help through the whole process.

We were passing through town pulling our trailer when the truck started acting up. Can not say enough good things about this business and the owner Jason. He has a full shop and several people coming in while we were there but he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem so we could get back on the road. Professional, knowledgeable and a great guy.
