Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

Visited Langlois Sound Performance today as I was having issues with MyCar 2 APP. After explaining my issue to Mike he immediately had a technician check it and had the matter resolved in no time by replacing a wire. Now, my APP is working properly to start my car. As usual, I received a pleasant and friendly welcome by Mike and excellent work done by the technician. Please pass on my appreciation. Great job! Never hesitate to deal with Langlois, they are the best in town!
