I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. We were very pleased with the work that Dan and his crew did. The pruning they did on our maple tree makes our back yard look so much better and they removed another old tree that was dying over the house. It's like the tree was never there! Very professional and they cleaned up very well, too.
