My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called.
