phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Exceptionally honest and skilled mechanic, best in the area by far. I had the pleasure of having Mark and his team work on our cars several times. Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. We trust Mark absolutely and are very grateful to Rawdon Automotive for doing such a great job keeping our cars in in excellent working condition and taking the stress out of car repairs.
