Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.

I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. On the first day of my journey I stopped to get gas and noticed that my vehicle was leaking, even after have a bunch of work done on my car by a mechanic just a few days earlier. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We had bodywork done on our car a few months ago. Unfortunately, something rubbed against the car and put a nasty mark on one of the newly painted car doors. We went back to Woodchester Collision and they took 10 mins. and fixed the mark for us, all done with a big smile. Great service - above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend Woodchester Collision.
