Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.

I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!

The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! Great Service! Peter and his team were the second garage to service my C350. The first one was the dealership for a an oil change. I was shocked at the price! Peter did my next oil change with the same premium oil for significantly less. He has been providing regular quality maintenance on my car ever since. If you want the correct parts and the work done with out cutting corners I would recommend Guelph Import Service.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service
