This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

Service above and beyond, they serviced our fireplace in the off season, 6 months later a part malfunctioned,they came out within 6 hrs of phone call and fixed. Did not charge for service call and only charged for part. True professionals. DALE AND DIANE SAHALI TERRACE.

We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn���t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn���t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. We are so grateful for all his help!
