Went to Jenny today for the second time, she did amazing better then what I expected. I did a major change I was nervous about but after getting the colour and cut I wish I did it sooner. never trusting anyone else with my hair!! the staff was all super friendly and welcoming. 10000/10 experience. I am always happy with Red Bloom and look forward to getting my hair done because it's such a treat. The salon is beautiful, the service is good, (though I wish they were open on Sundays) and I love the head rub with oil and the hot towel as they wash my hair. The salon uses Aveda products which is my favourite!

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico
