After a ton of bad experiences at other salons, it was a relief to finally find a stylist that I want to go back to. Thank you Jean for NOT cutting off inches of my hair when I only wanted a trim, and for getting the colour and cut just right. Super thrilled for the hair I get to live with for the next couple of months.

I was in a real bind needing my too heavy extensions removed before heading to a dance competition. The owner came in on Xmas Eve to help me even though she was not the one who put them in. Fast, efficient, and so caring!!! I highly recommend!

Go for the food and stay for the entertainment. On the food side, this place does a great job. Start with the wings, lots of flavours. Move onto the Hunan Noodle Bowl with shrimp, you won't be disappointed or go with the burger, always a good choice. Most nights features some sort of entertainment.

This was my first time visiting this location. Sam was helping me, I got gel nails and arm wax, this was the fist time that I felt welcomed at the nail spa...and I have been getting my nails done often. Usually no one knows how to smile and make people comfortable. Thank you Sam for excellent customer service and taking good care of my nails. I also feel bad for the other three ladies being bullied by someone that obviously had a bad day and definitely tying to make everyone elses misserable.

Went to Jenny today for the second time, she did amazing better then what I expected. I did a major change I was nervous about but after getting the colour and cut I wish I did it sooner. never trusting anyone else with my hair!! the staff was all super friendly and welcoming. 10000/10 experience. i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico
