My husband recently lost his wallet in a City Cab. We were pleased to get the wallet back with all contents including the cash. We have always been loyal City Cab customers and will continue to be. I took 2 City Taxis on Mar 5th from the airport to hotel and back again. Both cabbies were friendly, I was offered help with my luggage and the cabs were clean. The cab picking me up from the hotel was prompt. As well, when I needed replacements for my Visa receipts, I called and was quickly forwarded to accounting. They were helpful, easily found my trip receipts and emailed them to me with no hassle. The receipts were needed for an insurance claim so this took some of the stress off.
