I have always enjoyed shopping at the Hope Outdoors Store! The lady that runs it is very helpful, and friendly! And she is very dedicated to her store. I recommend it highly!!

We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

I was very impressed with the Automotive Service. I didn't have a car looked at, although they did look over a bicycle for us. They did not have to as this was not part of their jobs. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not. Very impressed so far!!!! Thank you.
