We had them come out and do a job and 2 weeks later it did not work. On the long weekend Sunday I talked to Tammy the call lady she totally awesome and wanted to help, I was very impressed with her! The next day Frank came out he looked at the job it was a septic pump problem what they can not fix. He was very professional and explained it to me they refunded me all my money without me asking. The Gentlemen Plumbers made a mistake and totally stepped up to the plate. I would totally use them!

We recently purchased a washer and dryer set through the Brick in Medicine Hat. Our sales rep, Jaymee, was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect set with all the features we require for our family and pets. I 100% recommend contacting Jaymee about you next purchase, we saved over $1000 compared to what was listed online, and she was able to expedite the shipping time as well, even though we don't live in Medicine Hat. I’m a reacurring customer and I had a problem with the some of the employees not compensating me for food that I had paid for, which was only 3 dollars so I was a little annoyed they were being so reluctant so I called and explained to the manager what happend and he gave me 25 dollars towards the restaurant! I thought that was amazing since I insisted that I just wanted them to know I was upset by it. Always been very happy with how we are treated here!

Jermaine and Kyle both provided exemplary service when we purchased a new tv and mantel mount TV Mount from Visions (best price anywhere) Jermaine additionally recommended name of a local contractor. Once the backing was in place, Kyle delivered and mounted the bracket and set up our new TV. Lovely job all around and accommodated us so close to Christmas. Highly recommend!
