Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! Lei our sales person and Tony who handled our finances blew us away. Beginning to end they redefined the user car experience! Thank you!

Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Again, these guys really know their stuff. I brought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in because both my rear brake lines were corroded and starting to leak. Kirk and his team repaired both lines, did a brake fluid flush, and inspected all my flexible brake hoses to make sure they were in good shape. All this for a fair price. I’m back on the road again with piece of mind for the safety of my vehicle. Thanks Kirk.

The customer service that Sharon gives is outstanding! Being in the customer service business, I have to say employees like that is very hard to find. Driving in Strathmore today from out of town, I was stopped for no brake lights. Even though the guys were really busy, they took the time to check my lights, change the bulbs and send me on my way in just minutes. Superior service and friendliness!!! Cannot say a big enough thank you!

Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs.
