Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.
BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.

I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key

Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!

Honest, fair and reliable work is what Intune Auto Repairs gives you. The work which is needed is actually what is needed; not, what the mechanic is trying to up-sell. Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Excellent straight up, no BS shop. Chris gave me honest service with integrity. Hard to find, but once you do, this is one of those shops that make it worth shopping around instead of just going with the first big name you hear and paying for the branding.

These guys do an excellent job!
My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.
I strongly recommend this body shop to anyone (in need).
