I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. I have gone to other mazda deal ships in town for service they are horrible I would never go back but PARK never disappoints

Awesome awesome shop! Found out about them from Google and then comparison shopped on their site (SUCH a huge selection) and saw they had the bag I wanted in stock. Parking at the store was kind of a pain but the staff was super knowledgable/helpful. The web site stock was accurate (big plus and some how so rare!) and the staff pointed me to the right thing fast. The only thing I would like better is longer hours. I will be back. :)))
