My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

The guys at INA made my purchase of a used vehicle in February easy and stress free, and a good deal. The vehicle (Toyota Sienna ) was discounted a bit due to minor body damage , and the extended drivetrain warranty was a good add on. I just completed a long drive to California ,and it was a pleasure to drive.

Although the rental rate was extremely high over the holidays they went out of their way to help me through a difficult time after losing my car to an accident. They were literally the last rental place to have a car available in Victoria on December 23 rd!!

A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.

This is a great place to get used auto parts at a fair price! The guy is very pleasant with lots of selection, the cars are numbered & well organized with enough space between them, there's not a bunch of trip hazards everywhere like most places and they even laid down gravel so it's easy to dig down & get a jack under it & not muddy all the time... it's honestly my favourite place to get auto parts. Give them a call because they have a large selection.

We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!

It is always a wonderful experience to rent a car with Aligo. Everyone working there is so nice, kind, helpful, happy. I have been renting for a year, on every week. I moved out of Richmond, and i still rent with them . GREAT SERVICE specially Sophia or Sofia, the colorful lady. We took a lot of time looking for our 'next' vehicle. We were very surprised at how poorly we were treated in some dealerships ... but Discovery Honda in Duncan changed all that for us. They made it easy to buy a vehicle with no nonsense and no pressure. We are absolutely delighted with all the people who helped us from Red our salesman, to everyone else who participated in our purchase. We picked up our new CR V yesterday and are going back in a week for 'Honda lessons'! Thanks to all!
