I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. I bought and traded in a vehicle with this dealership. They went above and beyond out there way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was struggling with bad credit issues and a previous purchase from a dealership in Saskatchewan with a extremely high interest rate. They were able to bring my interest rate to a little over half of what I was paying before and taking my vehicle on trade.
