I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day. The suction power is unbelievable. If you're looking for quick and excellent service, this is the place to go!

Can't say enough great things about this place. I came in with a lot of back and neck pain, and after just a few treatments, I'm 90% better! Dr. Mackay is very thorough, and Katherine at the front desk is lovely. Highly recommended!

First time ordering a disposal bin as we were going through a kitchen reno and the whole process went very smoothly. Great service from the first call to the delivery and pickup, everything was conducted in a timely manor. Very professional, friendly staff takes the time to explain the process. Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

I have used Frantastic Events on numerous occasions for my kids birthdays as Fran's cakes are amazing and totally nut free and gluten free if you need it. I also hired Fran to do my wife's 30th birthday party in terms of catering and the food was absolutely amazing and every guest commented on the quality of the food and the value for money was also top drawer! I would recommend Frantastic Events for any catering or birthday need!
